During your free in-home consultation, we’ll talk with you about your vision, measure and inspect your windows, then help you choose the best products, patterns, and colors that will bring your dreams to reality.

Because your time is important, our trained staff will be prompt, answer any questions you may have, and provide you with a quote during the consultation. Simply visit our showroom or request a free consultation to get started.

Precision Measuring

Inside mount or outside mount? Concrete or sheetrock? Measuring can be tricky for many types of window treatments. That’s why our measurements are precise, guaranteed, and included with your complimentary in-home consultation.

Our staff have years of experience and will provide professional, accurate measurements. This ensures a stress-free experience and a beautiful, finished product.

Expert Installation

Like measuring, installation is best left to the professionals. Let our trained and certified installers with over 20 years of experience do the work for you. Metro Blinds installers are licensed and bonded, and every installation comes with a 3-year service, no-hassle, warranty.

*Free standard installation on $1,000 minimum order.  Additional surcharges may apply for removal of existing treatments, scaffolding, or other non-standard installation challenges.

When you choose Metro Blinds, you get more than beautiful products—you get peace of mind. Every product we sell and install comes with a 3-year, no-hassle service warranty—triple the coverage of most competitors.

• Covers all parts and labor
• Valid for the original purchaser and the treatments in their original openings
• No charge for inspections, repairs, shipping, or reinstallation for manufacturer or installation defects

If we can’t fix it on-site, we’ll remove the product, repair it in our factory or send it to the manufacturer, cover any shipping fees, and reinstall it—at no cost to you.

Excludes damage from misuse, improper cleaning, accidents, alterations, or exposure to the elements.

Service & Warranty After the Metro Blinds 3-Year Coverage

Even after your Metro Blinds 3-year service warranty has expired, your product may still be covered by the manufacturer’s Limited Lifetime Warranty for manufacturer defects.

• In-Showroom Repairs: Bring your product to our showroom for a free inspection. If it was originally purchased through Metro Blinds, in-house repairs are provided at no service charge. For products purchased elsewhere, a standard shop fee plus the cost of parts will apply.

• In-Home Service: For products outside our 3-year warranty or not originally purchased from Metro Blinds, in-home service and repairs are subject to a minimum trip charge. Each additional service visit will incur its own trip charge.

• Manufacturer Repairs: For products still covered by the manufacturer but outside Metro Blinds’ service warranty, shipping charges may apply if the item needs to be sent out for repair.

We’re committed to helping you keep your window treatments looking and working like new—whether it’s under our service warranty, the manufacturer’s warranty, or beyond.

Repair

Many broken window treatments can be repaired, and Metro Blinds is here to help—whether or not you originally purchased from us. For the most accurate repair information, please have your original sales receipt/invoice or the manufacturer’s name handy.

In-Home Repairs
• We now offer in-home service calls for all products, even if they were not purchased from Metro Blinds.
• A minimum trip charge applies (currently $150 per visit), with additional trips incurring additional trip charges.
• Parts and shop labor (if needed) will be quoted after inspection.

• If the product cannot be repaired, the trip charge will still be collected, and we’ll connect you with our sales team to discuss replacement options.

Special Offer for New Purchases – If you choose to replace your window treatments after a non-repairable inspection, you’ll receive 10% off your new purchase, up to the value of your trip charge (typically $150).

In-Shop Repairs
• Bring your product to our showroom for repair. For in-shop repairs, there is no service charge—you’ll only pay for parts and labor if needed.

• This applies to products purchased from Metro Blinds and those purchased elsewhere.

Manufacturer Repairs

For products that cannot be repaired in our facility, they may be shipped to the original manufacturer for repair. Depending on when the product was purchased and installed, service charges or shipping fees may apply. Please see our 1-year service warranty for details.
