What to expect
We pride ourselves on making each customer’s experience a pleasant one. Our process is simple and convenient, and your satisfaction is guaranteed.
1. Browse
Explore our products online, visit our showroom, or request a free in-home consultation to discover window treatments that might interest you.
We’ll visit your home to talk about your vision, measure your windows, and help you select the best products, patterns, and colors for your space.
3. Order
Following your in-home consultation, we’ll order your products right away. Most of our quality products boast a lead time of just 2-3-weeks.
4. Installation
As soon as your window treatments are ready, we’ll contact you to schedule installation. Appointments are typically available as early as the following day.
5. Warranty
All our products come with a warranty. If you experience any issues, we’ll make it right.
